U.S. SALES AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Fulcrum. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the cool stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products, whether you’re at the Fulcrum Online Store or on the phone with the Fulcrum Client Services Team. (To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these both as the “Fulcrum Store” in this policy.)

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at the Fulcrum Store. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at the Fulcrum Store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Fulcrum’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions of Use. 

THE MAKE IT RIGHT GUARANTEE

We stand by the craftsmanship and durability of our products. If you are not satisfied with any item you purchase from Fulcrum, we want to Make it Right. 

Our Make it Right Guarantee is meant to cover product flaws and failures when using the item(s) as intended, or errors in fulfillment like sending an item in the wrong color or size. Make it Right means if something goes wrong, we will always treat you right and we ask the same of you.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply regardless of when you made your purchase, and we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper care
  • Products showing extreme abuse or unusual wear and tear
  • Products lost or damaged through natural disasters, fire, or accidents
  • Products sold in multiples, such as a case of 1,000 tubes, but returned individually for a refund
  • Products that have been used or contaminated
  • Products returned for personal circumstances (such as selling your business or a change in packaging design) unrelated to our products design or performance
  • Repetitive abuse of our return policy

STANDARD RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from the Fulcrum Store. That’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning or exchanging a product.

Depending on the item and quantity, Fulcrum may instruct you to not return the item(s) you wish to receive a refund for. This could be for a variety of reasons and this determination will be made solely by Fulcrum.

You may return your purchase and receive a full refund within one year. Refunds are issued once the return is received. If Fulcrum elects not to have the purchase returned, Fulcrum will issue the refund back to your original form of payment within one business week.

If you wish to exchange items, we will pay for the return shipping and work with you to arrange a pickup by our carrier of choice at the same shipping location where your order was delivered.

If you are exchanging items because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong thing, or made an error, we ask that you pay for the outbound shipping for the replacement order. If Fulcrum sent you the wrong thing and whether we ask you to return the order or not, we will pay for the outbound shipping for the replacement order.

If you return some items from your order but keep other items, Fulcrum will issue a partial refund back to your original form of payment within one business week.
