Shipping and Delivery Policies

Order Acknowledgement

Once you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement email, which provides a summary of the items in your order. The order acknowledgement will display the delivery address and an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Notification

Orders for items in stock usually ship from our warehouse the next business day. We ship on usual and customary business days, Monday to Friday. We will send a shipment notification email when the item leaves our warehouse.

Carrier Delivery Options

Fulcrum’s checkout page offers real time shipping costs that you can select from. Different carriers offer different pricing based on a variety of factors like where you are located, which routes between Fulcrum and you are available, and how fast you want your order to arrive. Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. The carrier may also require a signature at their discretion.

Shipping Costs

The cost for shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order. Our shipping systems automatically determine if your shipping costs are lower as ground parcel or LTL based on the size of your order.

If your order ships LTL or FTL, there may be additional costs for accessorial requests like a liftgate or delivery appointment. These are determined and charged by the carrier.

Ship Time

While Fulcrum works hard to ship every order as quickly as possible, sometime delays can occur. A carrier may fail to arrive for the scheduled pickup, or inclement weather may delay arrival. When Fulcrum estimates when your order will leave our warehouse, it could change for reasons we cannot control. Historically, Fulcrum’s shipments from our warehouse in the Midwest can take from 5 to 7 days to reach you depending on your location. Fulcrum routinely reaches over 80% of the continental United States in that time period.

Fulcrum’s shipping terms are FOB.

Where We Ship

Fulcrum currently ships only to the lower 48 contiguous States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the Continental United States.

I Didn't Receive My Order/Shipping Confirmation Email

You should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email within 48 hours. The exceptions are orders placed during a weekend, which may not ship until the following Monday. If you don't receive either email within those timeframes, try the following:

  • Check your spam folder.
  • If you use multiple email addresses, make sure you're checking the right inbox.
