For all print jobs, please ensure that your Adobe Illustrator (AI) file or compatible vector graphics file meets the required resolution standards. All files must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) to ensure crisp, high-quality prints. Files with resolutions lower than 300 DPI may result in blurry, pixelated, or low-quality prints.
The maximum resolution accepted is 1600 DPI. Files exceeding this resolution may cause issues with processing times and file handling. To optimize your print quality and avoid delays or rejections, please double-check your file's resolution settings before submitting.
